Team RadioShack fined for Tower of France Black Jersey Stunt

Lance Armstrong, his teammates RadioShack and team manager Johan Bruyneel has been fined by cycling body Friday because the riders wearing jackets not permitted on the final stage of tour de France this year.
The International Cycling Union fined Armstrong and his teammates lifejackets $2,540 each wearing black with "28" on the back support Livestrong Foundation of Texas.
